Job Description: –* Full Life Cycle recruiting professional with in depth knowledge of recruiting and sourcing * strategies, contracting methods: W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp etc., Visa status. * Provide follow up and support to account managers and candidates throughout the hiring process and employment tenure. * Result oriented problem solver with excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. * Recruit various IT requirements through understanding functional hiring needs, position * specifications and search requirements * Conducted in-depth full life cycle interviews to evaluate potential candidates * Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, cold calling, complex Boolean internet searches and research. * Worked on full-time, contract, contract to hire, and contingency requirements for different * locations in response to clients project needs. * Provided information about benefits and compensation packages to candidates. * Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation)
