NYGCI can help you with your pre-sales services with following activities:

  • Growing existing client business opportunities for your organization while making inroads into new customers – help to close software services deals with new customers/logos/clients
  • Focus on key customer relationships, negotiation and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
  • Improve your organization’s market position and achieve financial growth
  • Business Development comprising of Account Planning, Proactive Proposals
  • Provide input to bid estimation and proposal development
  • Support the bid process, approvals and bid management activities
  • Lead and assist in the development of new propositions in their area of specialization
  • Giving technical input to proposals, delivering presentations
  • Work with internal competency teams to develop proposals, plan approaches and pitches that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities and representing the organization at conferences, trade fairs and networking events, manage conference logistics
  • Provide feedback and information on market and creative trends to mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new solutions
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals, RFI and RFPs. Participate in negotiations with sales teams, customers for finalizing contracts including financial terms to be agreed on (rates for on-site and off-shore work). Participate in pricing the solution through appropriate usage of pricing models such as fixed bid price, T&M, Revenue share, outcome based models.

Currently, the services are provided only in the Oracle packaged applications space – including but not limited to Oracle e-Business Suite and Oracle Retail.
